Eligibility Engine rules

The Platform decides automatically which disciplines a Supplier may bid on, as described in clause 6.3 of the Supplier Platform Participation Agreement. These are the rules it applies. They are derived from the requirements of professional bodies and applicable legislation, and the same rules apply to every Supplier, including Entegri Enterprises (Pty) Ltd.

Only credentials that have been verified and have not expired count. To bid on a Service Requirement, the Supplier, counting the credentials held by the Supplier and by its team members, must meet the rule for every discipline the Service Requirement covers. The team member who signs off the work must personally hold a qualifying credential.

You may ask for an explanation of any eligibility outcome, ask that a person rather than the system reconsider it, and submit further credentials in support, by writing to info@entegri.net. An unresolved eligibility dispute is dealt with under the Platform Dispute Resolution Policy.
